Pausa Massage Gift Vouchers Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions apply to the purchase and use of gift vouchers issued by Pausa Massage. By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Pausa Massage gift voucher, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

2. Purchase of Gift Vouchers

  • Gift vouchers can be purchased online through the Pausa Massage website.

  • All gift voucher purchases are final and cannot be canceled or refunded.

  • Vouchers can be purchased in various denominations as listed on the website.

3. Redemption

  • Gift vouchers are redeemable only for massage services and products available at Pausa Massage.

  • Vouchers can be redeemed by presenting the voucher code at the time of payment.

  • Gift vouchers cannot be redeemed for cash or used to purchase another gift voucher.

4. Expiry

  • Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise stated.

  • Expired vouchers will not be honored, and any remaining balance will be forfeited.

5. Balance and Partial Use

  • If the service or product exceeds the amount of the gift voucher, the balance must be paid by other means.

  • If the service or product is less than the amount of the gift voucher, the remaining balance can be used for future purchases until the voucher expires.

6. Non-Transferable

  • Gift vouchers are non-transferable and can only be used by the person named on the voucher or the bearer of the voucher code.

  • Pausa Massage reserves the right to request identification to verify the voucher holder.

7. Lost or Stolen Vouchers

  • Pausa Massage is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged vouchers.

  • Lost or stolen vouchers will not be replaced or refunded.

8. Booking and Cancellation Policy

  • Voucher holders must book their appointments in advance and inform Pausa Massage at the time of booking that they will be using a gift voucher.

  • Standard cancellation policies apply. If you fail to attend a booked appointment without prior notice, the value of the voucher may be forfeited.

9. Changes to Services

  • Pausa Massage reserves the right to modify or discontinue any services or products at any time without prior notice.

  • If a booked service is no longer available, the voucher holder will be offered an alternative service of equal value.

  • Pausa Massage reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.

  • Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Pausa Massage operates.
