Cancellation Policy

We recognize that plans can change, and to accommodate such instances, we request that you inform us of any cancellations or rescheduling at least 24 hours in advance. If you fail to attend your appointment or reschedule within 24 hours, the following fees will be applied:

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • No-shows will be charged 50% of the service cost.

  • For appointments booked within a 24-hour window, cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will incur a fee of 50%.

Timely cancellations are crucial as they allow us to offer the slot to other clients. Our policies ensure we provide the best possible service to all our clients. Thank you for your cooperation.

Appointment Reminders

You will receive a mail reminder one day before and an sms reminder 4 hours before your appointment as a courtesy. Please ensure you remember your appointment details to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments, and associated fees.

Refund Policy
